Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-in Time: 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and chargeable. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend reserving the room from the prior night.

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Identity Proof

In compliance with government regulations, all guests are required to present valid photo identification at check-in.

For Indian Nationals: Acceptable IDs include a Passport, Aadhar Card, Driver's License, or Voter's ID (PAN Card is not accepted).

For Foreign Nationals: A valid Passport and Indian Visa are mandatory.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges equivalent to one night's stay, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival.

Reservations made under promotional offers with 100% advance payment are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amendable.

100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after check-in date or on no show.

Free Cancellation is allowed if cancelled in between booking date and 1 day(s) before check-in date. Cancellation charges of 1 night will be applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations made in compliance with the cancellation policy will be processed promptly. The refunded amount will be credited to the same credit card used for booking within approximately 30-45 business days, depending on bank procedures.

Child Policy

Up to two children under 12 years old can stay in their parents' room at no additional charge (room only).

Children over 12 years old require a separate room at the applicable room rate.

Special Requests

Bed type and smoking preferences are accommodated based on availability.

Additional beds can be provided at ₹1,500 plus applicable taxes and service charges.

No Smoking Policy

In line with government regulations, smoking is prohibited in all public areas, restaurants, and non-smoking guest rooms. Our property is completely smoking-free, any violations will attract Rs. 2000 per instance.
